INFO:
If a client last minute springs a responsibility on a wedding vendor without prior request, you may jeopardize their service as that vendor now has an added responsibility which they were not prepared to do. Example: Bride and Groom advise they are going to set up cutlery on tables, on the wedding day the cutlery is not set up and ask the staff to do it for them. The staff has every right to say no. Be sure to book that service ahead of time to ensure staffing and timing is booked appropriately. If you do not wish to hire or pay the extra, consider who will be doing the following: ⁃ Set up (tables, chairs, silverware, wine glasses, water goblets, napkins, Dinner plates, etc) ⁃ cake set up or take down ⁃ removing place settings if a seat is vacant ⁃ clean up your tables
