INFO:
A great habit to adopt from the very beginning, is to gently roll your baby and practice tummy time after diaper changes. Roll your baby slowly and gently from the hips. Position your baby’s arms so that the elbows are below or slightly behind the shoulders (u003C 3 months) or slightly in front of the shoulders (u003E 3 months). Create a “wall” with your hands when your baby’s arms are positioned if your baby is able to hold their arms in place on their own. Then, patiently wait for the head lift. If your baby is younger than 4 weeks, it’s also beneficial for tummy time if heu002Fshe simply rests their head in the tummy-lying position. This changing table routine will help your baby become accustomed to the position, which is also an important learning experience. The baby in the video is four weeks old. With love, Maria ♥️ . . . .
